Professor Young, the co-founder of Quantum Base and the leader of the Young-Quantum group has been hosted by Sky News in London to introduce Quantum Base's optical identification technology, which is based on 2D Materials. Watch the full interview by clicking the button below. Full interview
Great news here at Quantum Base, we are thrilled to announce that two of our filed patents in physically unclonable functions have been successfully granted. These new inventions have a very promising future in device authentication due to the high security and ultra small size requirement they offer compared to conventional technologies.
Chris Woodhead and other researchers from Quantum Base have shown that micro-lenses made of epoxy can improve collecting light emitted from 2D materials. This is the first time such lenses were used with 2D materials and has promising applications in integrated photonics systems based on 2D materials. Read article here
Yasir Noori and other researchers from Quantum Base have recently published their work on enhancing light extraction from 2D materials using rod-type photonic crystals. The work was published in the American Chemical Society journal of Photonics. This technique in improving light collection from 2D materials is the first of its kind and has potential applications [...]
