Frank Shephard

Frank is the National Head of DWF’s Corporate Team with a team of over 60 dedicated corporate lawyers in eight locations across the UK. Frank has acted for companies from a variety of sectors with a particular focus on technology, financial services and retail, as well as private equity funders, sponsors, and other financial services companies.

He has a particular zeal for working with growing and dynamic businesses bringing his experience of funding and development in to play. His approach is energetic, decisive and clear, with a distinctively approachable style. The success of this is demonstrated in that his team is ranked first in the UK in 2015 for the number of deals done nationally.
